Punch De Newlyweds Crème
Ingredients
• 6 eggs, beaten
• Peel of two lime
• 1 tablespoon aromatic bitters
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground clove
• 2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 3 sweetened condensed milk
• 1 1/2 cups rum
• 3/4 cup canned evaporated milk
• 1 tbsp. vanilla essence

Directions:
1. Beat eggs and lime peel in a large bowl with hand or an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy; just the way you feel when you are next to that special someone.
2. While mixing, gradually pour the condense milk with love, and while you continue to mix and add the evaporated milk, envision your wedding night.
3. Add your essence, nutmeg, bitters and clove; this will be a representation of all the elements of your blissful married life together.
4. Pour mixture into your desire container just like choosing your home of comfort.
5. And finally, just like sharing your happiness with the world, allow the mixture to chill before serving.

Second Sunday Rum Punch
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Bitters
• 1 qt. Lemon juice
• 1 qt. fruit punch
• 1 qt. orange juice or pineapple juice
• 2 liters of ginger ale
• 75 cups of Dark Rum
• Ice cubes
• 500 g Sugar
• 1 liter Water

Directions:
1. Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves

Honeymooner’s Ginger Beer
Ingredients:
• 1/4-1/3 cup of ginger juice, that was, juiced, sliced, or grated
• 2 cups of sugar white or brown
• 1 tbsp essence (optional)
• 1 gallon of water
• Clove
• Chive

Directions:
1. Wash ginger and put to soak overnight or for a day.
2. After it has soaked, take out the ginger wash; scrape off skin and then grate.
3. Place grated ginger, chive and clove into a bottle of water that suits your serving amount.
4. Cover it and leave to soak for 2-3 days.
5. Sweeten, strain and bottle it.
