Leader Dr Keith Rowley is questioning whether Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar may have been blackmailed into appointing Reshmi Ramnarine as the director of the Strategic Services Agency (SSA).
Delivering the feature address at the Arouca/Maloney third annual constituency conference at the Bon Air High School in Arouca yesterday, Rowley described the appointment as "peculiar".
